Products will be Shipped within 24-48 Hours of placing the order.
Estimated Delivery time in India is 3 to 7 Business Days depending on your location.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange is available only within 7 days from the Date of Delivery.
If you have received a damaged product or a wrong item/size. Kindly Mail us at: denorathlete@gmail.com within 48 Hours from the Date of Delivery with a few images and videos of the product and your Order will be Replaced/Exchanged. (All charges will be covered by us for exchange in this condition).
If you wish to receive a refund (Due to dissatisfaction from the Product) we can get the product replaced/exchanged or refunded. We offer Free Size Exchange. Refunds via Bank Transfer/UPI incur a deduction of Rs 150/- per Article as Convenience Charges for Logistics.
Refunds via Bank Transfers/UPI are Initiated within 2 to 3 Days from the Date of Successful Processing of your Refund.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY for Products on CLEARANCE SALE :
No Refund & No Return on products that are under Clearance Sale due to the products being provided at almost no profit margin (sometimes also at a loss). Exchange available on products under clearance sale until the stock lasts.
